Does the E picture have a time that’s consistent with an event (a few seconds after the hour) or is it a random time like a motion picture?

Is your firmware current? By reset everything, do you mean reset to defaults?

You should not have needed to register the camera again or set the time. Was it not working so you had to do this or did you just do it?

I’m aware of a customer who was getting E pics every minute or so but his camera is in the shop for diagnostics so we don’t yet know what the problem is.

I would make sure your firmware is current, maybe change SD cards.

Can you post a screen shot of the status report? If you are posting from a phone, you will need to switch from the mobile web site to the desktop web site (look in the browser menu for that option).

Make sure the time zone is set in the camera settings on the app and do a settings update. If that doesn't work I would also try requesting a status report. The other thing that could be an issue is if you got a few bad lithium batteries. If the settings update and status report don't take care of it and the camera is close enough to make a trip to it I would try replacing the lithium with a set of regular alkaline just for testing.

Thanks for the reply. The camera has not sent a picture in 2 days now. Guess I got a bad batch of Energizers.

Can you post a screens shot of the status report page, please? If you don’t see any formatting controls or the little picture icon, on your phone browser menu, choose desktop site, click in the text box, and you should see the control that allows you to post a picture.
