    Are you getting daytime pictures/videos on Tuesday though today just no nighttime or did the camera stop all together? Are you running the camera on video mode only?

    Yes I’m getting daytime pictures but nothing after dark and yes video only. And I also reciived a video with nothing on it unti 2 second mark and a deer just popped out of nowhere walking right to left I can only get a glimpse of it. For a brief moment

    Sounds like maybe your batteries are low? Are your using any start/stop times?

    No start and stop times haven’t changed anything from when I received it and I’m showing 3 bars on the battery

    Three bars is low, especially if using lithium, the battery meter shows voltage, it's not like a fuel gauge. I'll bet the extra power needed to use the flash at night is what's keeping it from taking night time videos. Maybe try changing it to photo until you can get there and change them.

    Plus I just received a notification of a picture. Then I open the app and nothing is showing new.

    Sounds like low battery for sure. Keep us posted on how it goes. I'll bet your pictures at night show P1 or P3 on them.

    Have you tried resetting your camera to defaults? 

    The suggestion for photo + video was about prolonging battery life, not about the camera not sending pics at night.

    Same deal with the flash at night for pics, batteries might just be so low that they don't have enough power to run the camera with the flash. What type of batteries are you using? The default is a good suggestion.

    Please post a screen shot of the status report from the app. You’ll need to use the desktop version of the web site, not the mobile version, to be able to do that.
