    Can you please post a daytime picture so we can see what is in the background? Have the night pictures been brighter in the past and are now darker?

    Thanks. The backdrop is very far away. There’s nothing for the flash to bounce off of. 

    This is an example of a closer backdrop.

    Here’s another with a fairly close backdrop.

    Same problem. All night pictures are too dark. Backdrop is maybe 30 feet from camera.

    Please contact support@spartancamera.com and send both those pics. I don’t know what model camera that is, but the flash surely looks weak. You can also call 770-582-0004 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern M-F, but those two pictures give all the info about the problem so emailing is a good idea even if you decide to call.
