no new pictures

I had been receiving pictures until yesterday and now I have not receive any new pictures. I deleted all my pictures on computer, my I pad and my I phone. I was having pictures taken every 3 minutes and receiving them for review on my computer up until yesterday afternoon. Will I have to go to my camera and change or delete something?

    I don't know  if overwrite is on in your settings but the SD card looks full. Your batteries are also low. I would change the batteries, format the SD card and default the camera in it's menu settings.

    Can I format the SD card and default the camera in it's menu settings from my computer or do I have to open up my camera to do these operations? I am currently 100 miles away from my camera.

    You can't default the camera but you may be able to format the SD card from your computer. Click on manage camera and see if format is an option in the drop down menu. Are you using the app?

    Yes format SD card is available. There is a warning: formatting SD card will erase all of it's data. Is this what I should do and once I do what will happen?

    It will erase everything from the SD card so all the pictures and videos will be gone. If the card being full is the problem the camera should start sending pictures again.

    Formatting the card will erase everything that is on the card, just as the warning says. But your batteries are low.

    See how there is very little empty space on your SD card? Even though overwrite is on, it’s quite likely that it’s not working properly for some reason. Formatting the SD card will probably fix that part of the problem, but low batteries may have killed your camera. It did check in yesterday afternoon, but did not check in for the midnight status report this morning so it may be offline.

    I did the the format so if there is no change I will have to make a trip. What would of made the camera go offline?

    After you request the format you have to wait for the camera to check in sending a picture or status report for the format to happen. After it formats the card you'll get a picture with an F on the bottom of it. Low batteries is most likely your issue if the format doesn't work.

    Batteries changed and then I went to settings and took one picture. Placed switch back to on and closed up camera. I am now able to receive and down load videos. Thanks for helping me in trouble shooting my issue. I am guessing because I am requesting a lot of video down loads that the camera eats up a lot of battery life. Still learning the ropes!

    Cell cameras use a lot of battery power to begin with and then adding the videos increases the usage. You may want to look into an external battery set up, one with solar if you have the sunlight. They aren't inexpensive but could be saving you money in no time. Not sure what the link is that you posted but I can't get it to open.

    I am not sure if I want to spend the money on external power source. Prefer to keep things small and not noticeable from theft. The link was a video of geese and ducks that I have been monitoring. Thanks again!
