What SD card are you using? Have you tried a different one?

Are you seeing any messages on the screen? Have you checked the antenna to be sure it’s snug but not too snug?

What is the camera model (GC-????)? Does the camera pass the hello test in it's menu? Where are you getting your data from?

GC-A4GB, Sandisk(tried several), hello test failed, (searching network) on screen, Att buy a session, antenna is good.

If you recently purchased more data from ATT double check that. If you have more than one camera make sure they applied the data to the correct camera.

John, what would cause a camera to not use a premium credit?

The camera has to connect to the network to grab that next credit. If the hello test fails then the camera isn't connecting for some reason. Either something is up with the data plan, bad SD card, firmware that needs to be updated or some kind of camera issue.

I’m seconding Johnny’s suggestion to verify the data plan first. Make sure that there is an active data plan for that camera. If there is, then you are looking at things like a bad SIM, a bad SD card, something wrong with the antenna, firmware, etc.
