What model? GC-what or GST-what? It sounds like you bought your data plans from Spartan, but please confirm. If you did, did you get both a receipt email (for payment) and an activation email?

when you log on to my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management, Wireless Subscriptions, are your three cameras/data plans shown?

What Are the specs of your SD cards? Brand, size, capacity, class, speed?

If your cameras fail the Hello test, they do not have a connection to the cell network. The most common cause is that there isn’t an active data plan, but the wrong SD card can also cause that problem.

As long as the cameras fail the Hello test, they cannot get online to register and until they register, they won’t show up on your account.

Model GC-G4GB. Bought the data plans for the three cameras through Spartan.Received the receipts but no activation email. The three camera plans are acknowledged on Spatan.com. SD cards are Sandisk image mate 32 GB, U1, 10 rating. Cameras have a connection to the cell network, but fail the hello test.  I brought  the cameras back to the Spartan booth at the Harrisburg show where I purchased them. The Mcnulty brothers were very helpful, and checked all data plan purchase, reg. information etc... and went through all the set up steps as I had done. Unfortunately the result was the same. HELP!!!!

I suspect that someone in the office is going to have to activate those cameras manually. Please email support@spartancamera.com and include the IMEI and ICCID for each camera and your phone number, time zone, best time to call. It’s too late for me to try to get someone now.

I’m not sure about your SD card so I’m posting the info on card specs for you.

Are those SD cards a micro with adapter? If so you need a full sized SD card (no adapter) Not passing the Hello test means that the camera is not connecting to the network.
