Spartan Go Cam-Connected by Verizon

I purchased 2 of these cams, went to Verizon and added them both to my plan. The 1st Go Cam booted up and communicated and registered, working fine. The second camera stuck on searching network and reboots itself after about 5 minutes, I took it back to Verizon and had a new sim card activated, getting the same result, "Searching Network" then reboot and "Searching network again!

  Try putting the Sim card from the working camera in the non working camera.
