    Try logging out of the app and back in. Everything is working correctly as far as I know.

    That often means that you are in a poor signal area or your device is switching between WiFi and cellular. Sometimes you may have to turn WiFi off. Logging in and out may have fixed the problem or it may have bought time for the connection to straighten out.
