How to charge internal battery on Ghost Camera?

I'm not quite sure how the internal battery is charged, but I believe the AA batteries, once installed, will charge it. However, it would be nice to start with a fully charged internal battery with a fresh set of AA's. How can I achieve this?

  Any power source that you connect to the camera either internal batteries or external battery or solar panel will charge the internal lithium battery. It doesn't take much to charge that battery so just putting batteries in the camera and putting it out isn't going to cost you much power wise.

  The internal battery is more for power management (and for keeping the GPS working if the batteries are pulled) rather than as an actual power source (except when you use a direct-connect solar panel and no internal batteries). Even if you do charge the internal battery first, you won’t bring the camera home to recharge the battery when you change batteries so charging it first won’t make much difference in the long run.
