When I open the app on my phone it says the app is out of order and closes. How do I get it to work?  It worked before and now stopped.

  Can you log out and back in to the app? Is the app version up to date? You can also try restarting your phone. Is your phone Android or Iphone?

  I have rebooted.  I also uninstalled and reinstalled app. It is an android phone.

  The message I get is "Sorry the program app is out of order".

  Go into the phones settings (not the app) and from there go to apps and find the Spartan app, there should be an option to clear the cache, try doing that and see if it helps. Your pictures should be OK but if there's any that you really don't want to loose go into the phones gallery and moved those pics to a separate folder just in case. If you've uninstalled and reinstalled you probably don't have a ton of pics currently anyways.

  I am getting the same message "Sorry the program app is out of order", both on an android and an iPhone. 

  I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice now and that did not help.
