Not gettin pics sent to phone

Johnny has asked a couple of good questions. I’ll add some more.
Are you using the app or having pics sent as text/email?
Is this a new camera or one you’ve been using a while? Did it work and then quit? If it quit, then when did it quit.
If you are using the app, can you take a screen shot of the status report and post it here?
If you are using the app, what model camera do you have (GC-what or GST)? What carrier are you using for your data? If not Spartan, Bluegrass, CellCom, or Nex-Tech, do you have premium credits (on the app, Account, Premium Credits, Check Credit.

Is the camera showing on your app? (IOW, you were able to register it.) If so, did you take/send a manual photo? (Camera in setup, logged on to network, point it at something, press OK to take pic, OK again to send pic).
