Not getting any photos sent to email or phone. Status reports arent getting received either. Have 10 credits left so not sure whats happening signal strength batteries are all fine?

  How's your data plan? Is the cameras firmware up to date? What is the camera model? Have you tried defaulting the camera in it's menu settings?
