GC ATt XB won’t send a registration code

Had this camera offline for a few months and tried to bring it back up. Couldn’t get it to accept premium credits so I deleted it and added it again. For some reason it won’t give me a registration code. Got plenty of signal and current att data. The other camera went right back to work. Any ideas?

  Try defaulting the camera in it's menu. Is the firmware up to date? Does it pass the hello test in the menu?

  It won’t pull a premium credit until it sends a picture. In addition to what Johnny has recommended, make sure you are using a “to spec” SD card that is formatted in the camera.

  Attempting to register new cameras. I have 6 working just fine. I have 55 credits remaining, purchased and received confirmation of 3 month 1G for each new cameras. When I attempt to get registration code is fails?

  Did you either add the camera to your cell phone data plan or purchase a data plan from Spartan? If from Spartan, did you get both a receipt and an activation email?

  Sorry, I see you bought Spartan data plans. What carrier? Verizon plans sometimes take a while (even several hours) before they activate.

  Make sure that you have gotten an activation email.
