I have three cameras that have been out for about 2 months. 1 of them (the most active one) has totally stopped sending pics, reports, etc. About the same time this occurred my battery life went from full down to 2 boxes. Is this possibly a result of using up my 11.99 a month Verizon alottment or do I have other issues? Didn’t know if when you use up your data it stops until your monthly data resets. I would appreciate any advice.

  If you are getting your data from Spartan it should auto renew as long as the credit card info is still good. If your batteries dropped that low there's a good chance that's your issue.

  Ok thanks. It was full and the dropped all the way down to 2 boxes at once. The camera is 4 hours away and I haven’t been able to go swap batteries. I appreciate the information.

  Are you using lithium batteries? If so they sometimes die without much warning.

  Yes lithium. They have only been in there about one month.

  With cellular cameras it's more a matter of picture count than time out. Depending on which model you have you will probably get anywhere from 1500-2500 pictures on a set. A lot depends on day vs night time picture numbers and how many video and HD requests that you make. Signal strength can affect it too.
