Unable to view pictures on App

I started to receive pictures but suddenly now I can view them. The pictures are downloaded but the App just shows a lock where the picture should be.

  In the camera settings on the app you need to turn encryption off. Make sure that you update the settings after making the change. Most likely the next photo that you get will still show the lock but the ones after that should be viewable.
