Receiving notifications of photos, but no photo’s on app

I’m using one of my Spartans as a security camera so I want it to send me notifications as soon as it takes a picture. Well it is sending me a notification every 3-5 minutes and when I click on the notification i don’t have any new photos. If I go walk in front of the camera it will send me a notification and I will be in a picture. But I guess what I want to know is why am I getting so many empty notifications? I have restarted my phone, no luck.

  Try logging out and back in to the app. Are you sure they are photo notifications and not status report?

  Thanks I ll give it a try, and yes they are photos. I was receiving both till I turned off status report notifications and now I don’t receive that notification anymore.

  If that doesn't work then you may have a picture stuck trying to download. If you go though your pictures and find one that's on the online portal but not on the app that may be the culprit. If that's the case delete it from the portal.
