Several Camera Problems GC ATTB-KT
I have 4 of these cameras in all. When I went to get them going again since Feb I have had problems. I am testing these in the same location at my house. They are not in the field.
Both cameras ( 2 & 4 ) have and do all of the following. I used the same SIM and SD cards in 3 all 3 cameras in the same place at my house. They work fine in Camera 1 which is working and sendings pics.
Latest Firmware
Full Battery Strength
sim card has in 16GB with a speed of 85
Motion Detection works with the green light on setup
I have defaulted both camera and formatted SD in each one.
Camera 2 problems
Has 4 bars signal, says system busy in hello test and will not register.
Camera 4 problems
Will not pick up any signal at all. This camera was working in the field until a few days ago and I picked it up and brought it back home.

Are you using the app? If so, are the cameras on the app? On camera 2, are there any pending commands? Camera only needs to be registered if you deleted it from your account. If it’s still on your account, there’s no reason to register.
I would still try a different SD card, format in camera. Sometimes a card works in one camera but not in another.
Have you checked/swapped antennas? Are you using AT&T Buy-A-Session or Spartan for data? (Guessing BAS because these are older cameras.)

My data is from ATT buy a session. Camera 4 is on the app and camera 2 had been deleted from it. Thats why I was trying to add it back. At the end of the season after data expired I would delete them. The camera 4 did the same thing a few weeks ago when it quit working. I brought it home and turned it off and on. changed SD cards, left it on the desk and it started sending pics again. I will try a different SD card, but Im using the same ones I always used in the cameras. For the testing I am using the Scan disk brand.

Go into the cameras menu to diagnostics and APN, it will ask for a password, enter 1-2-3-4. Once in there the APN is probably set to APNbl or APNbr, whichever one it is change it to the other one. Hit the OK button when asked to save the change and back out to the main screen where you can see what the camera is looking at on the screen. Then turn the camera off and back to set up and see if it finds signal and connects.
