    I'm assuming you are talking about on the app? Is the info strip showing on the photo? Did you get any pictures that had more to them?

    Have not seen any photos at all. No info strip. Your server updates and its just black

    when camera is turned to ON the inside screen is black  on setup you get a pic??

    When you turn the camera to set up do you see what the camera sees on the view screen on the camera? If so does it find signal and show you bars of signal strength? If it does press the Ok button to take a picture and then press it again to send the picture and watch what happens and what it says on the screen. I'm assuming this is a new camera set up?

    The camera screen does go black when you turn the camera to on, that's correct.
