Camera Issues
We got two of these cameras.... We got online and registered and bought our monthly plan.... Once the camera was registered on one we switched it to on and tested it. The pictures were completely whited out and then it wouldn't go back to the set up mode... We then turned the second camera on and took the SIM card out of the first and placed it into the second and went through the set up process again. It worked great for about ten minutes and was taking photos. However.... now it's doing the same thing as the first one and it won't allow us back to the set up screen. On the log it says the camera is taking photos but they can't be downloaded. These are brand new and just out of the box.... Any help?

What model camera? GC-what or GST-what? (I think GC-something because you mention swapping out the SIMs.) Is the firmware current?
If you bought data plans from Spartan, you can’t swap out the SIMs. The SIMs are tied to particular IMEIs.“won’t allow us back to the setup screen” Do you mean you turn it off and turn it back to setup and it won’t come on?
What are the specs on the SD card? Brand? Class? Size (standard or microSD in adapter)? Capacity (how many G)? Speed (how many MB/s)? Did you format the SD card in the camera (third menu tab, scroll down to setup).
White-out photos are usually because something is really close to the lens, the camera thinks that it’s dark, but the flash bounces off that close thing.
