Several issues

I've got problems with 2 older 3G cams, and 1 new Ghost cam....all Verizon. The new Ghost will not power on, brand new batteries and SD card in, turn the power on and nothing.  1 of the older 3G ones does the exact same thing.  Another 3G cam quit sending status reports and pictures to the app 3 days ago.  I pulled the SD card today, and tried reformatting in the field.  It had brand new batteries, nothing.  The pics were on the card, just not sending anymore.

    On the ones that don't power up does the green light on the front blink when in set up or on position? Have you checked your data plans and credits (if you need them)?

    Is it possible the 3g ones have been disabled finally? I know it was supposed to happen 12/2019 but they pushed it back

    The ones that don't power on at all you're definitely going to want to contact internal tech support. On the one that won't send what is the model number and is the firmware up to date? Are you using a solar panel at all?

    That the number you are asking? And yes, it all is showing up to date on the firmware. It worked until 3 days ago, and stopped sending pics and no status report since then. I changed batteries, formatted the card again, it’s putting pics on the card just not sending. Tried to manually send a pic from the field, never would go. Timed out every time

    You can try defaulting the camera in it's menu. There's also a hello test in the menu that you should try to see if the camera is connecting to cellular.

    Defaulted in the woods today. Pulled the cam, just now tried the hello test, failed

    Ok, I'm assuming that data plan is showing as current. I think next thing I would try is a new SD card. Make sure it's 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and full sized, not a micro in an adapter. Also can't hurt to try swapping antennas with one of the other cameras.

    It is showing active on the site. I’ll try swapping cards tomorrow and see if that will help
