    John did you leave a message when you called? They return calls in the order that they are received and this is the busy time of year and with the covid stuff going on a lot of support is working from home so that doesn't help.
    Are you getting any pictures loading to the app?

    Can we please clarify a few things. Do you mean that you get a notification on the app that you have a photo, but you aren’t getting photos downloaded to the app?

    Have you looked on the portal (my.spartancamera.com) to see if the photos are there but not on your phone (app)? If the photos are on the portal but not on your phone/app, then the problem is with either the phone settings or the app settings.

    In the app, under settings, is Automatically Download ON?

    Are you using Android or iOS? There are articles for each that cover the device settings.

    P.S. You can use both a subject (short description) and a message (longer description of the problems) instead of trying to cram everything into the subject.
