Camera live mode - Card error message

I have the camera in test mode and am trying to run a test on transmitting photos with a screen message "card error". New camera, just set up and not receiving pictures to app? Sould I remove camera and start again? Thank you

  What SD card are you using? Brand? Class? Size (standard or microSD/adapter)? Capacity? MB/s? Did you format it in the camera?
