Camera taking pics but app not downloading them.

Camera takes pics and I get a message stating pics are available but when I open the app, it reads that it’s downloading but no pics show up.

  Have you tried logging out and back in to the app? Also check the app permissions and make sure they are all allowed. Do you have an iPhone or Android?
