Cannot turn "Send Mode" to ON. GC-USCb

Camera has been working great until batteries went dead. Installed new batteries and everything works except won't send pics to my phone. Can't turn "Send Mode" to the ON position. Installed FW update and still no joy.

Sends daily info to email account.

Any info would be great.

  The send mode in the camera settings in the app won't change to on?

  Cant figure out how to change settings through the app. Do I have to set the camera to realtime?

  The app shows the default settings.

  Make your changes to the app settings and then hit the update button. You will see a red bar that says cancel show up. That red bar will stay there until the camera checks in sending a status report or picture and updates it's settings. You do not need to change to real-time

  I have the app pulled up on my computer and it will not let me change any settings. Nothing is highlighted and will not let me pull anything down in the pull down menus.

  You probably have a settings change already pending or possibly out of credits (if your account requires them). Check camera management and command history to see if anything is pending. If it is cancel it and make your changes and re update.
