    What is the camera model and what is the time of your last status report?

    Which mode which model camera? If you are getting your data from Verizon, US Cellular, or AT&T Buy-A-Session, do you have premium credits? If you have premium credits, then the problem could be your SD card.

    please post a screen shot of the status report from the app. If you are accessing this site from your phone, you will need to switch to the desktop view of the web site in order to post a picture.
