Trouble reactivating my account and getting the GoCam to pass Hello Test and more.
I am having trouble reactivating my account. My version of the FW has been recently updated successfully. New SIM card from Spartan. I can't get through the Diagnostic Hello Test, attempted several times. My data plan is new, bought and paid for very recently, yes, before trying all this stuff. I have even attempted to reregister, can't get past the register camera step, in fact the camera locks up, no code appears. It appears that my account is current by looking at the web portal but nothing seems to be working for me. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated!

Is the camera already on your account? If so you don't need to re register it. The camera needs to pass that hello test to be able to communicate. Try defaulting the camera in it's menu and see if that helps. What is the camera model and where did you purchase the data from? Also how recent did you purchase the data?
