    There should not be a password on a new camera. That’s an option you have to choose in the menus of the camera itself. I didn’t even know there was a check password message. I’d email support@spartancamera.com. Include your phone number, time zone, best time to call, and make sure your voice mail isn’t full. Calls and emails are returned in the order received and they may have stacked up a bit over the weekend.

    Camera was a Christmas gift from my wife so I have no idea where she bought it. Maybe Amazon?
