Sending pics repeatedly

Camera is sending picture events to me repeatedly.  For instance, my camera is programed to send a photo every evening at 19:00.  I now get an email for that picture about 4 times over the next 24 hours.  The same happens with a motion activated pic.  I get several emails over the next several hours or until the next event.  Battery reading is P5.

  I would log into the portal and go to delivery options and uncheck that email address and recheck it. Are you using the app too? If so are they being sent there multiple times?

  The app only shows the photos a single time.  Same for the Photos section on the web based camera management site.  Just getting frequent emails.  I will follow your instructions and see what happens.  Thanks.
