Bright Flash?

I was under the impression the flash on a GC-A4Gb was not visible but never really tested it. Well, last night I got a video from one camera that was trained on another - and that thing lit up half the field. Am I wrong - is the flash 100% visible; or do I just have something set incorrectly?

  The cameras can see each others flash going off because if they didn't your pictures would be dark. The blackflash models can't be seen by the eye.

  Here’s an event picture that one of my cameras took. It caught the flash of the event picture taken by the black flash camera in the background. Since the cameras are using IR for flash, it stands to reason that they can see the IR flash from other cameras.

  Now I have another question - Elizabeth - how did you attach that picture? I wanted to include my own but see no mechanism to do so.

  If you change your phone to the desktop setting the attachment icon should show.

  That's normal and expected. This camera and the other camera can "see" the flash, but humans and animals can't.
