Ghost Camera - Green light flashes, no picture taken/sent

Like the title says, I can turn the camera on, it connects to the Verizon network, I can send a manual test picture that transmits, but when the camera goes to it's auto-picture mode it doesn't take a picture. But when I manually walk in front of the camera, the green LED light blinks, so I know it's detecting movement. Any suggestions?

  Are you giving the camera enough time to arm itself? It takes three minutes from the time you turn it on which when you're waiting seems like a very very long time.
