App suddenly shows no cameras

I’ve been using the app for a year now and have not had a single hic-cup. Today I went on and none of my cameras were showing so I tried to logout thinking it would reset it and it won’t let me log out because I have an “invalid user ID.” So I decided to logon to the website and login there and I can see my cameras just fine and didn’t have any login trouble. Any ideas how to fix the app?

Try:

1. Logging out of the app and back in.

2. Restarting your phone.

3. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I’m having the same issue. It will not let me log out of the app. Error message comes on saying invalid username.

iPhone. I also have an iPad and no issues with it.

Did you try restarting your phone? Is the app up to date?
