Camera stopped sending pics

I have US Cellular GoCam.... cam has worked flawless all of 2019 and June-Aug 9th 2020. Status report shows 5 bar connection, 99% batts (I use lithium), the SD card is SanDisk 16GB with correct speed. Firmware is current as of 7/3/2019. SD card has 4GB left of space.... I called US Cellular and plan is active. Logged out and back in to app.... it sent the last 40 pics I received a second time 8/8-8/9 midnight. Any other tips before I make a 3hr drive to attempt to troubleshoot at site of camera?

    Are you still getting the daily status report and just no pictures? Have you looked at the online portal to see if the pictures are getting there and just not to your phone? What is your camera model, GC-???? ?. Check the lower right corner of the pictures that were sent and see if you see any that have anything other than P5 on them, be sure to look at day and night pictures.

    GC - U4Gb. Last status report was 8-10-2020 at just after midnight. Nothing since. Some of the pics has 3P

    P3 on pics with lithium batteries is very very low. That may be your issue especially if you are seeing that on daytime pictures.

    Yes, they are  getting low and could be causing your not getting pictures.

    I am also getting very few pics and have a P3 on the bottom corner of the photos.  I have a solar panel and it shows the batt is 100% with 3.81 internal volts and 12.x external volts.  Is this still a battery issue?

    It seems the external battery is 7.4v but the output from the unit is 12v

    That's kind of an odd setup but from what I see I think it should work. Where are you purchasing your data from? One thing I see is that it looks like the SD card is looking odd in the status report. You can try cancelling all of your pending commands if you have any and request a SD card format through the status report page on the app. It might take overnight for it to happen. It could possibly take a little longer but hopefully when the camera checks in at midnight it will update and format.
