Why’s it take so long to send a update

Just wanted to ask I am new with the cell cameras. Mine has full bars perfect service I do a system request and it takes hours to send me it back why is that and the same for when I make a camera setting change.

  When you make a change or request it won't happen until the camera checks in sending a picture, video or status report, they will stay pending until that time. You also want to make sure that your time zone is set in the camera settings on the app.

  It’s a good idea to set some scheduled events so you know your camera will check in every few hours even though there’s nothing there to trigger it. There’s info on how to do that, plus other settings, in this article.
