Stopped getting pic on both cameras.

The camera was working fine then all of sudden no more pictures have been taken and know battery is good

  Adam,

  Can you please post a screen shot of the status report from the app? Use the desktop view from your phone’s browser to be able to post pics.
  
  What model camera? Where are you getting your data (your cell carrier or Spartan? If cell carrier, which one?)

  We need to see if your firmware is current and whether you have premium credits if you need them.

  Please start your own post and provide the same info that I asked Adam for. I’m not trying to be mean, I’m trying to get you your own post because it’s possible that you have the same problem for the same reason, but it’s also possible that there’s a different reason. It will be better for each of you if you have your own thread with your own set of replies.
