    The ticket system shows a call from you late this afternoon, about the time the office closes. Voice mails are answered in the order received so someone will get back to you. You do need a SIM from us if you want to buy an AT&T plan from us. The SIMs that you get from AT&T are used to purchase Buy-A-Session data plans.

    So yes I want a Spartan plan and there SIM card sent to me as I had many issues with the buy a session connecting to there server and not getting pictures.

    There is obviously nothing that I can say that is going to help. I'm replying just so you don't think I'm avoiding you. Tickets are answered in the order received and there were outstanding tickets ahead of yours from yesterday. Your call from today has been merged with your call yesterday. I'm not familiar enough with the system to see where you are in the queue. I am just able to tell that your ticket is in the system.

    Neither Johnny nor I has access to the system to be able to order/ship SIMs. If we did, we'd do that.

    Well got my SIM card today and it’s not operating my camera got signal but that it, now I have done the hello test failed tried to register failed send test picture failed.

    So you signed up for a Spartan data plan and you got a receipt and an activation email?

    There’s no point in trying to register if the camera doesn’t pass the Hello test. Failed Hello test means that the camera does not have a data plan.

    Go into the cameras menu and to diagnostics and then to APN (password is 1234) see what that is set to, it should be APNsp.

    There’s a third email, an activation email, in addition to the two that you’ve gotten. Have you gotten the activation email? (Changing the APN is probably necessary, too, but until you get the activation email, nothing will work.)

    You can check the status of that plan by logging on to my.spartancamera.com, Camera Management, Account (you may have to tap a Menu button), Wireless Subscriptions. Is your data plan pending or active?

    Thank John that did the trick judt Passed Hello Test and sent test picture.
