    If you're getting your data through Spartan you can log into the online portal and check your data plan to see if it's active. The Spartan  plans auto renew so unless there's a credit card glitch that shouldn't be the issue. Are you getting a status report?

    I had the camera Set to take photos between the hours 1600 to 0900. I went to change batteries at 1100. The last status report was at 0900. Attempted to change photo time period to 24hrs so that I could make sure it was working but the request to change settings is pending and not going through. The website says that the data plan is active.

    What’s the date/time on the last status report?

    Once you get this sorted out, I recommend that you set some scheduled events if you don’t already have some so that the camera checks in every few hours even if there’s no activity in front of it.

    Whenever you “touch” a camera, it’s always a good idea to take/send a manual photo and then walk test. If you need to change settings, take/send one manual photo. After it comes through, request settings update, take/send another and that will get your settings changes done.

    Good deal, must have just been a little stuck and needed a boost. I always send a manual picture and then make sure it sends a motion picture before I walk away.
