    It's possible that you ordered a product that only came into stock late this week, but I can't check. The ticket system shows an order call on Monday and a voice message from Thursday late morning, but I can only tell that your ticket is in the system, not where in the queue you are. You will get a call back. Please be patient, most people are working from home.

    I appreciate you responding.  Yes, I phoned in the order on Monday, I did so to verify that the items I was  ordering were in inventory and the sales rep confirmed they were.  I let him know that I needed to receive them by 8/26 since I would be leaving following day to deploy on my property 9 hours away from where I live. No problem, he said they will ship in a day or two. Sorry if I sound impatient, but I expect them to be shipped as discussed. If you guys can’t because of any reason then I should have been told when I was ordering and I would have gone another route. Now I’ve lost a week to make other arrangements.  I left a vm on Thursday and Friday, as well as sending emails both days and the lack of response is frustrating.  It takes just a few minutes to reply.

    I understand that you are frustrated. 

    Johnny and I are not regular Spartan Camera employees. We are members of the camera test team, we live in different states, and we don’t have access to any of the customer/sales info. 

    Yes, replying only takes a few minutes, but calls and emails are answered in the order received. The support people are responding to each call or email in the order received, whether it takes a few minutes or an hour. They don’t pick and choose who to move ahead in the line. Unfortunately, this is the busiest time of the year.

    I will see if I can find out anything, but I make no promises.
