Blank Screen - New Camera

I just bought the camera.  downloaded the App.  paid for my credits and put the camera in service.  set up all the camera settings.  turned camera off with intent of setting it out in the woods this weekend.  after being turned off for the week, I went to turn camera on and the screen in black/blank.  all the buttons around the screen light up green as if its working but cant get the screen to show anything at all.  cant get through to customer service after several attempts.  please help!

  Sounds like you have the Ghost model?? Have you tried a different SD card? As far as getting through to customer service they return calls in the order that they are received, did you leave a message with your info?

  John, yes it is the Ghost.  yes I've tried several SD cards with no luck.  I did not leave a message but I will do so now.  Thanks!

  Does the green light on the front blink when you turn it on? I would turn it on and leave it for ten minutes or so and see if it's sending pictures or a status report. Also make sure the SD card is 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mb/s or faster and a full sized card (not a micro in an adapter)
