App not getting pics

I have 2 spartan gocams.  Both will send test pics, but they aren't getting to the app on my phone.  Checked credits, and good to go there.  I've logged out of the app and logged back in and didn't work.  

Ideas?

  We need to figure out whether the cameras are not taking motion triggered photos (nothing on the card even though you have walked around in front of the cameras), taking pictures but not sending them (are there pictures on the SD card from you walking around in front of them but they aren’t on the portal), sending them to the portal but they aren’t making it to the app.

  Please check the SD cards to see if there are any pictures other than the test pictures. Please log in to my.spartancamera.com and see if there are pictures there.

  Also, please post a picture of the SD cards you are using, either the actual cards or maybe from an online vendor.

  Are the test pics getting to the online portal? I'm assuming since you said it sends the test pics that you are seeing the "sent" message on the cameras screen?
