Video image night vs daylight

I have 2 GoCams and one (GoCam A4Gb) recently started sending night vision ghost looking video when actually 8am and sunny. Other camera (GoCam A4Gc2) is sending bright and clear video at 7am from 200 feet away. Change is new, any idea why the change now and how to correct?

  Can you post a picture from the camera? It could be a stuck ir cut filter or there's a few other possibilities.

  That top picture is what we call a transition photo, it's bright enough that the flash isn't going off but still dark enough that the camera is still in black and white mode. It just has to do with timing and the amount of light getting through those trees.
