    Hi thanks for getting back to me. My camera stopped sending pictures 4 days ago, no status report last one indicated 5bars firmware up to date good signal strength. Tried to Format but image just turns gray and nothing happens. Received notice my email is back on the white list but still nothing.

    My camera is in SC a 5 hr drive from my place hope you can help. Also my payment plan is up the end of September need to change credit card , long story. Thanks Mike

    Do you have any pictures showing anything other than P5 on the lower right corner, especially look at the night photos. Also is there any chance that you used up your data early and the credit card needing to be changed stopped the auto renewal?

    One credit remaining  not renewable until 9/26 when next quarter would begin. Only P5 temp and moon phase, did not save any nighttime photos. Thanks
