Camera Quit Sending Status Reports and Photos
GC-A4Gc2 was working perfectly for about 3 weeks. Recently has missed all status report check ins and also failed to send scheduled photos. Cellular plan is active and a second camera in the area has been working fine on the same network. Camera has taken roughly 200 photos and about 25-30 hd photo requests. Last status update was Aug 30 at noon and shows full battery and signal strength and last photo on same date shows p5. Firmware shows that it is up to date. Running lithium batteries and showing 5.7 voltage- the same voltage as the other camera in the area that is running perfectly. Credits are good and data plan is good until November and also shows full bars for service. Most likely a battery issue? The other camera is the same model with same batteries and has been out twice as long and still functions correctly. Sd card is 32gb class 10.

Do any of the pics, especially at night show anything other than P5 on the lower right corner? I know you said the last photo showed P5 but I would check back a little bit. Where are you getting your data from? Is the SD card a full sized card, not a micro in an adapter? On the bottom of the status report what does it show for used and available space for the SD card?

All pics show p5 although the last night picture was from 8/26. Data is from att. Regular sized sd card and it shows 406 mb used and 30gb free. Card was formatted when I placed the camera aug 11. Had no issues and never missed a scheduled event and always received hd photos when requested. Will be able to access the camera this weekend but wanted to get an idea before then. Commands will not go through and have since cancelled all commands so nothing is pending when the camera is supposed to contact server.
