Did you buy a data plan and if so where did you get it?

Are you getting status reports? What’s the date/time on the latest one you’ve gotten?

Are you using a name brand SD card, full size (not microSD/adapter), class 10, 80 MB/s or faster, formatted in the camera?

Daniel, did you purchase a data plan from somewhere? Not sure if the no in your reply is an answer to my previous question.

The SIMs that ship with the current model AT&T cameras cannot be used to purchase plans directly from AT&T. They are for data plans from Spartan. If you bought data from AT&T, that’s probably the problem.

I should clarify. AT&T will let you buy a plan but the plan won’t actually work.

Liz is correct with the plan from ATT directly, the SIM cards come with a tiny bit of data on them so that's probably why you were able to get the one photo. To use that SIM you are going to have to cancel the plan with ATT and then purchase one of the bundled plans with Spartan camera. Unless you bought an older model camera, this is most likely your issue. The older models could be activated through ATT directly.
