Third Camera, first with spartan plan and of course it doesn’t work.

Brand new camera, 3rd on site 1st with the spartan camera picture setup and no response. 
Paid for plan, credits and camera fails to send. 
I felt that the new system would cause delays, and here I am with a 365$ paperweight. 
the previous 2 were plug and play, go to att sight and enter imei then don’t forget to pay up. 
‘frustrated and happy. Cannot wait for It to be working.

  Did you get the activation email, not just the plan purchase confirmation? Also with the Spartan plans you don't need additional credits, they are included with the plan. When did you buy the data plan?
