Uninstalled app and reloaded 4 times

Won't let me login or even reset new password on mobile app I uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times says invalid username or password which I know it's right just won't let me in so figured I'd reset my password it won't even direct me to that great I pay for plan plus 400+ plus for the ghost cam and app won't work please help

    Go into the phone settings (not the app) and then to apps and find the Spartan app. Clear the cache and the data and try logging in again.

    Ok, one more time let's try clearing the cache and data, then uninstall the app, then re install the app. Then before logging in clear the cache and data again. If this doesn't work then we'll have to look into something else. Have you tried logging into the online portal at my.spartancamera.com with the same email and password?
