Second time I've had to go get the camera because of no pictures or updates. Same thing each time. Camera says no SIM when i finally get to it. Full batteries full signal. Remove SIM and clean contacts and port. Works like new again and takes photos of me while im leaving and for about a week then yet again stops sending any pictures or status reports out of nowhere. Everything formatted and correct card is being used and credits and data are active and good. GC-A4Gc2. Another same model camera on property operates flawlessly so the network is fine. Why each time camera works perfectly for a week then quits out of nowhere? Takes less that 20 pics a week. Each time have done the whole list of troubleshooting tips.

  It does sound like some sort of sim card issue. You can try putting a layer of scotch tape on the non contact side and see if that helps. Where are you getting your data from? Might be worth getting a new SIM card.
