Spartan Verizon 4G Wireless Cam Not Working
I bought this camera november of last year. Went through the whole set up process. Have it set up on my Verizon account. I get signal and everything. Set it up last year and never received one picture that was taken. It quit sending status reports, and updated around april of this year. I pulled it out then, and just now started to try and get it to send photos. Every time i try to do a test send it comes back failed. It will not even connect to the server to update the firm ware. None of my pictures from last year are even on the website or in the spartan app. I even bought more premium credits and still nothing. I have formatted the SD card. I have even called Verizon to get them to see what is wrong. But they said the signal, and the sim card are good to go. Called spartan support, and had to leave a message. Who knows when they will call back. Anyone know what i am doing wrong, or why it will not update the firmware? It says i received a status report but when i check that there is no new status report. I am running a 32GB SD card. Any help is greatly apperciated.

Ye sir it passes the hello test. Yes it is a full size card. Not the one you put the little sd card in, and then insert. I defaulted the camera this morning, deleted it from the website, and the app. Re added it, and everything. It just says pending for firmware update. When i manually take a photo and hit send it goes settings, send, and then i get failed on the screen.

I would cancel all pending commands including the firmware update and then default the camera and try again, if that doesn't work I would try a class 4 sd card that's 32gb or smaller, be sure to format it in the camera and/or do a manual firmware update, see the link to the updates and instructions below. I would try the manual update first with the SD card that you are using and after that is it still doesn't work try the class 4 card.
