My 3g Verizon cameras stopped communication on Monday as well.  I had someone go reset the camera...format the card and take quick photo.  However, a message appears on the screen that says "Screen is full"

I double checked and he said it definitely said "Server is full".  I thought Verizon extended support till December 2020?  Maybe they cut if off early?

December 2020 was supposed to be the last day of any 3g, they said they could/will start shutting things down before then. It doesn't look like they are turning off 3g but maybe just shutting down some 3g devices. We heard from someone yesterday who had a family member get a message from Verizon that their 3g cell phone was going to stop working the next day.

Verizon did notify anyone directly about their camera.

Not sure if it's related but my AT&T cameras stopped communicating on the 27th sometime after noon. I haven't received any photos or status updates since.

Paul, definitely should not be related. Can you start a new topic so we don't get things mixed up and we'll diagnose your problem. Please post the camera model(s) and if you can a screen shot of the status reports.

Does anyone know if Spartan is looking into this?   I have a support request, but haven't heard back in a couple of days.

Yes, they have been looking into it and we've been trying different things but it looks like Verizon has been turning off or stopping the function of some 3g devices. I don't know if you saw the post above but we've heard that someone with a 3g cell phone got a message that their phone was going to stop working the next day.

I saw that - thought we had until at least 12-31-20

That date is supposed to be the date when it's 100% shut down, they said they could start shutting things off before then.

Would it be safe to say the 3G is definitely going away by 12-31-20?

Larry, yes on Verizon 3g. It should all be gone by New Years Eve.
