What are the voltages on the last status report that you got? Is your SD card a 32gb or smaller, class 10, 80mbs or faster and a full sized card, not a micro in an adapter? What it's the camera model and where are you purchasing your data from?

8GB SD card.  Voltages external 10.42 internal 3.82.  I was told this was normal with brand new lithium batteries.  This indicates the batteries are fine.  Data was purchased via Spartan.

Yes, those voltages are fine. That 8gb card concerns me though. Do you have any of the other specs on it? Please look at the status report in the app and what is the last time and date that it sent? If you could post a screen shot of the app that would be great. Include the SD card information if you can.

It did send a status report and pictures after I formatted the SD card.

Ok, then I'm pretty sure it's a SD card issue. Did you format it when you put it in the camera?

Yes.  How can you tell it's the SD card?

Most of the 8gb cards I've seen aren't the correct class or speed, your status report also shows the time at a time when a scheduled report wouldn't happen, so if you got that report and no picture that's usually a sign of SD card troubles. Combine that with the fact that you said after the format you got some pics and status report and lots of things leading to the SD card being the culprit.
