No pictures and no status reports

I have 3 hd go cams and I’m not receiving any status reports or pictures since 6am. I have tried requesting status reports and changing setting with no success.

    If they aren't communicating then any changes that you make or requests won't get to the camera. Where are you getting your data from? Have you checked the online portal to see if they are getting there?

    I purchased AT&T through the spartan website . I’m not sure what you mean by online portal. Nothing is going through on the app

    My.spartancamera.com is the online portal. I would check there and see if you are getting pictures there and also check the cameras data plans.

    It’s showing to have service. How do you check to see if they are active? When I purchased it said it would be good till December

    No they are all in the field a few hours away

    I have 2 cameras and one of them stopped sending pictures yesterday. Been working fine since August. Just stopped!

    Did you ever fix the issue? My camera just quit sending status reports and photos yesterday.
    Everything is up to date
